Going agile at Danfoss & Umbraco in this environment

The focus on this presentation was primarily on the shift from running projects with Water Fall to Agile. The concepts of Continuous Build Integration and Minimum Viable Product are not foreign here at Fyin.com, but many clients still don't fully understand why that is the way we do things. As Jesper so eloquently put it, the benefit is Speed in IT. Using an Agile process allows for teams to rapidly run through the development process with much, much, MUCH less planning. Now, not every project is tailor fit for an Agile process, but it definitely offers many compelling reasons to be implemented.
